Our apartment, while spacious and modern, had an unpleasant odor, and service could vastly improve—especially with inattentive staff and early cleaning. Despite proximity to lovely landmarks like Tomaree Head and SPLASH Waterpark, I wouldn’t recommend this motel due to our overall experience.

Cheap food, overall simple place.

Fantastic base for exploring Nelson Bay. Fairly clean hotel, amazing employees with most unfriendly receptionist. Early check-in, nice rooms with view of roundabout. Had fantastic a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and a microwave oven. Great and awesome location very close to a national park and a lighthouse.

Well Wi-Fi signal was very weak, and there was too hard bed in my room.

I was really let down by the room. It was outdated and dirty, with stains on the carpet and even someone else's underwear left behind! The shower barely had any pressure, making it impossible to enjoy a decent wash. Frustrating!

Everything was excellent, ideal location close to the restaurant most enjoyable and Shoal Bay & Nelson Bay and Nelson Bay beach and Shoal By beach, nice experience. The personnel was amazingly nice, and the owner too.

I found the value for money to be quite decent, and the room was clean and comfortable enough for a short stay. The location was fantastic, close to the beaches, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit.

I stayed for a weekend getaway, and I was pleasantly surprised by how central the location was. We never needed to use our car, as everything was within walking distance. Our room was spacious, featuring a well-renovated bathroom with a spa bath. The kitchenette was a nice touch, and we appreciated the clean and tidy environment. Bonus points for the friendly staff, who made us feel right at home!
